I did it... I picked it up. That damn thing was heavy... I had dodged it for a long time. But ..it eventually found me.. stared at me from clear across the room. It told me not to forget.... not to let it die.


Feels good in my hands.... here's hoping it forgives me, still speaks to me the way it used to. I found it's mate, lying in an old box, and they met with a joyous reunion. May the result of their marriage rekindle your interest.


Here's hoping I can still use this thing, but I guess besides friends ........... a pencil is a damn good reminder of who you are.
